ARTIST STATEMENT

The inspiration for my art comes from my deep connection and respect for the beauty of nature, animals and the coastal shores. My belief is that Art should never be pedestrian. The evolution of art develops emotionally, spiritually, and through life experience. One cannot always grasp the reason to create except that it is the urge to make something tangible that connects us to a realm greater than ourselves.
